Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using GeoFlag or any other game produced by Ogo Studio ("the Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Ogo Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable Steam Subscriber Agreement.

The Game, including all content, graphics, characters, code, and design elements, is owned by Ogo Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
GeoFlag is an educational game designed to teach geography. Map data and country boundaries are based on internationally recognized standards. Disputed territories are depicted with dashed borders and are presented for educational purposes only. The depiction of borders, territories, or geographical features does not represent a political position by Ogo Studio. For authoritative information on international boundaries, please consult the United Nations.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IN THE GAME IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE SOURCE OF GEOGRAPHIC OR FACTUAL INFORMATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OGO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in an updated version of the Game. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
